Zombie Attack Privacy Policy
Zombie Attack: Horde Invasion is a zombie horde game from Vistarsoft Games. This page explains what data is collected, how sign-in, saved progress, analytics, and purchases work, how advertising consent works, and the choices available while you play.
What We Collect
We do not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The game does not require an account to play, and local progress, preferences, and settings are stored on your device. The game does collect analytics about how it is played, and if you choose to sign in, your saved progress is also stored in the cloud through Unity Gaming Services. Limited data is handled by Unity, Google, and Apple as described in the sections below.
Sign-In and Saved Progress
The game offers an optional sign-in so your progress can be saved and restored across sessions and devices: Google Play Games on Android and Game Center on iOS. Signing in is not required to play. Saved progress is then stored using Unity Cloud Save, part of Unity Gaming Services.
- When you sign in, Google Play Games or Game Center provides the game with a player identifier and display name for your account. We use these only to identify your save and, where available, achievements and leaderboards. We do not receive your password, email address, or payment details from the sign-in.
- That platform identifier is used to create a Unity player account, and your saved progress (such as level, score, unlocked items, and settings) is stored on Unity's servers through Unity Cloud Save. Unity processes this data on our behalf as a service provider so the save can be restored when you sign in again, including on a new device.
- Unity may also process technical data such as an IP address, device identifiers, and device or operating system information when the game connects to Unity Gaming Services. Unity may store and process this data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
- These providers handle data under their own privacy policies: Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy, and Apple's Privacy Policy.
- You can sign out at any time in your device's Google Play Games or Game Center settings. If you play signed out, progress stays only on your device. To have your cloud save and associated Unity player account deleted, contact us at the address below and we will action the request with Unity.
Analytics
The game uses Unity Analytics, part of Unity Gaming Services, to understand how the game is played so we can fix problems and improve balance and difficulty. This happens whether or not you sign in.
- Unity Analytics collects gameplay and technical data such as session length, level progress, in-game events, crashes and errors, along with device identifiers, IP address, device model, operating system, language, and country.
- We use this data only in aggregate to improve the game. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
- Unity may store and process this data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- Where required, including in the EEA and UK, the game asks for your consent before analytics data is collected, and you can withdraw that consent later. You can also opt out at any time using Unity's player opt-out page or by contacting us at the address below.
In-App Purchases
The game includes optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the Google Play Store on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Vistarsoft Games never receives or stores your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information.
- The store returns only a purchase receipt or token so the game can unlock the item you bought and restore it later on your device or account.
- Refunds, purchase history, and payment issues are handled by Google or Apple through their store support, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
- You can restrict purchases with parental controls or purchase authentication in your Google Play or App Store settings.
Advertising
The game may show ads served by Google AdMob, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google AdMob may collect device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and coarse device data to serve, limit, and measure ads. This collection is done by Google, not by Vistarsoft Games.
Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.
Your Choices
- Where required, including in the EEA and UK, the game shows a consent form before personalized ads are used. Ads respect the choice you make there.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time. On Android, check Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS, check Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Sign-in is optional. You can play without connecting a Google Play Games or Game Center account, and you can sign out at any time. You can also ask us to delete your cloud saved progress by emailing the address below.
- You can opt out of Unity Analytics through Unity's player opt-out page or by emailing us, and where consent is required the game asks before collecting it.
- In-app purchases are optional and can be disabled or password-protected in your store settings.
- You may contact us if you have questions about privacy, consent, sign-in, purchases, or ad data handling in the game.
Children
Zombie Attack: Horde Invasion is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The third-party services described here are Google AdMob for advertising, Google Play Games and Apple Game Center for optional sign-in, Unity Cloud Save for saved progress, Unity Analytics for gameplay statistics, and Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase for purchases. Parents can disable sign-in and in-app purchases through the device and store settings described above.
Changes
If the game changes what it collects or how consent works, this page will be updated before or alongside the version that introduces those changes.
